About the founder

Taylor  Johnson-Gordon is a food educator, plant-lover, and home cook. Her mission is to help Black women and girls heal and build resiliency through real, affordable food. She teaches interactive and engaging sessions on plant-based cooking, food, nutrition and herbal medicine throughout the greater Philadelphia region.With backgrounds in biology, theology, and integrative nutrition her work stands as the intersection of food, healing and holistic wellness.  As a plant-based eater for nearly 5 years, Taylor's testimony speaks to the transformational power of no longer being controlled emotionally, physically, and spiritually by food.
